Why I built EdgeLog — the trade journal Indian traders actually needed

I'm launching EdgeLog on April 14 and wanted to share the story behind it.

I've been trading Indian stock markets for years. Like most traders, I started with Excel sheets. But they were slow, error-prone, and had zero analytics.

The real problem? No existing journal app understood Indian markets:

→ Wrong STT calculations (delivery vs intraday vs F&O are different)

→ No support for Zerodha, Groww, Angel One CSV formats

→ Generic analytics that don't apply to NSE/BSE traders

So I built EdgeLog from scratch.

6 months later — it auto-imports from all major Indian brokers, calculates correct P&L with all charges, has an AI coach, and works 100% offline.
