What ways are you using to manage your stress?

by
I have struggled with bad sleep my entire life, but I have found a way to manage it that works for me. I take melatonin to help me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. It has made a tremendous difference in my overall well-being and ability to manage stress.

You can manage stress in your daily life by taking a few minutes each day to do some deep breathing, move your body, connect with people you love, and do something that makes you happy.

Bro - cold showers, work your way from 12C to 4C. Trust me. You are welcome.
@jacobsi I love cold plunges too, but couldn't turn that into a habit. How did you initially started?

@ozgumusbusra I think I just forced myself to take the plunge, don't quite remember what incentivize me to do it

I like to cry, dance or sing when I'm alone at home or taking a bath. although I don't think it helps me much.
@ttravism 😂 thanks for putting a smile on my face.

It depends from person to person, but one way to manage stress is to pursue a hobby that makes you happy. I love playing sports, which has helped me a lot.

You can manage stress by having that one partner that keeps you smile every day rem going a day without a smile is another stress so smile stress free

To manage my stress, I primarily rely on physical activities as they help release tension and promote relaxation. Some of my go-to activities include dancing, going to the gym, taking leisurely walks, or going for a run. Engaging in these activities not only helps me clear my mind but also improves my overall well-being and mood.

Restrict phone usage when you wake up & before you go to sleep. Meditate, or spend time in nature. Exercise regularly. Cold showers (not for everyone, but definitely helps)
