What surprised I most while building SmartHood

One thing I didn’t expect:

Most people don’t struggle with finding homes.

They struggle with understanding the neighborhood.

Listings show photos, prices, and specs — but they rarely answer:

Would I actually enjoy living here?

Is this area calm, busy, family-friendly, or stressful?

SmartHood started as a small experiment to reduce that uncertainty.
