What has been your biggest technical challenge?

At @Finden, the biggest tech challenge we’ve faced has been making search truly accurate, not all documents are equal, for example an email structure is completely differently to a transcript.

One model wasn’t enough. We had to build and train different models for different document types, then weave them together into one search engine. It’s been tough, but the result is powerful, a search experience that understands your data.
