I'd suggest doing some research to find the best fit for your startup. Look into their track record, mentorship opportunities, network connections, and the overall support they can provide.
Report
Depends what stage you are at. Incubator is a veryl early-stage, where will boost your ideas. However startup accelerator gives more opportunities, improve your idea, business model, strategy, etc. Also, it can give investment opportunity, pitch on demo day or direct investment provided by accelerator.
Report
Definitely would suggest to stay away form these both models, if there is a very clear roadmap pictured by your startup. More often that not these programs are designed to drive your startup into their ecosystem, that might be very difficult at times.
If you are capable of envisioning your product and roadmap (again) you should be looking at pre-seed/seed or may be an early VC
