Scheduling based on preferences, not availability

by

I’m building a scheduling assistant because I often need to book one-off meetings, across time zones, inside and outside my org.

Most tools like Calendly just expose blocks of free time. But that doesn’t reflect reality: just because I’m free doesn’t mean it’s a good time.

So I’m testing a tool that:

* Lets you forward any meeting request to an AI assistant

* The AI suggests 3 smart time options based on your availability and preferences (pre-saved)

* The invitee replies in natural language (or proposes changes)

* You confirm only when it’s finalized

Think: sales reps, recruiters, freelancers, execs—anyone who books lots of 1:1s and cares about when they happen.

I’d love your honest thoughts on the idea: https://www.timegenie.xyz/

Thanks in advance!
