RabbitOS 2 introduces a colorful, card-based interface, making the R1 device more familiar and playful.
The update focuses on closing the gap between the original vision and user experience, with over 30 software improvements and active community feedback.
Users can now build their own tools, games, and experiences directly on R1 through simple conversation—no coding required.
“Creations” marks a step toward a new kind of app store, empowering non-technical users to shape their device’s capabilities in real time.

Whatever happened to the Large Action Model?
@chrismessina LAM is still present on device and web via LAM Playground, and we did ship some improvements to it with OS2 also (in fact, there's an to-date under-explored little trick, where you could actually make Creations that trigger LAM Playground queries - haven't seen anyone do this yet but it's possible!)
One of our next big projects internally is an agentic refactor based on a lot of the new research in this space.

Trust Cards has another alternative using Google Embedding Gemma, which makes Trust cards are more robust and practical AI Ecosystem with enormous future iterations. Indiegogo campaign called Dotty is already available.
