๐ง Prototype Testing (Beta) โ AI users test your Figma prototypes in 2 minutes
Hey everyone! ๐
We just pushed a big new beta feature live in Yo and wanted to share it here first.
We're calling it Prototype Testing โ it lets an AI user run through your Figma prototype and exposes exactly where the flow breaks.
Basically a fast sanity check before you put designs in front of real users.
๐ง What makes this interesting
This isn't a simple click recorder. You see the AI's reasoning while it tries to complete the task:
Action: where it clicks, pauses, or gets stuck
Observation: what it thinks it sees on the screen
Intention: what it decides to do next and why
This "thinking layer" makes it easy to diagnose visual hierarchy issues, ambiguous CTAs, missing affordances, and logic traps.
You get meaningful signal in ~2 minutes instead of waiting through a full research cycle.
๐ What it catches
wrong first clicks
hesitation + uncertainty
dead-end loops
confusing label/CTA hierarchy
logic bugs that block task completion
exact breaking points in the flow
๐งช Try the beta
Free during beta. Would love feedback from anyone who wants to stress-test it.
Zero-setup - try on our playground file: https://www.figma.com/community/file/1567525708061513731
Got a prototype? Install the plugin: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1517405046280643746/yo-get-ai-feedback-on-your-designs-prototypes
Drop thoughts, issues, or ideas in the comments. Curious how useful (or not!) this is in real workflows.
