Looking for feedback: Chrome extension that teaches you while you vibe code
Hey Product Hunt community!
I've been coding for a while and noticed a pattern in start up and side project threads... Vibe coding can build MVPs quickly, but when something breaks, you get completely stuck. This means a lot of people get technical founders or software engineers to help them out. Not enough people talk about the other solution, which is non-technical founders learning the technical stuff along the way.
I built Vibe Coach as one part of the solution - It's like Duolingo for vibe coding. It's a Chrome extension that:
- Intercepts when you try to copy AI-generated code.
- Shows a quick programming quiz first to develop your software knowledge.
- Encourages writing the code manually instead of pasting (Studies show this helps develop understanding)
- Turns every copy attempt into a learning moment
The goal isn't to slow you down, but to build real understanding alongside your projects so you're not helpless when issues arise.
Launching September 22nd and would love feedback from fellow makers:

Questions:
- Does this resonate with your vibe coding experience?
- What would make this most valuable for you?
- Any concerns about the "speed bump" approach?
Appreciate any thoughts!
