Launching Stellary, I built it for my own workflow first

I originally built Stellary for myself.

I needed a better way to run delivery without splitting everything across separate tools - projects in one place, docs somewhere else, and AI working in detached chats with no real connection to the actual state of the work.

So I built Stellary as an AI-native delivery workspace for technical teams, where projects, docs, roadmaps, AI agents and execution live in the same system.

The core idea is simple: AI should work inside the real project system, not outside it.
