If you use an external DAC on macOS, you’ve probably done this…

by

You start a new album.
Then you open Audio MIDI Setup.
Then you guess the right sample rate.
Then the next track changes.

Repeat.

macOS was never designed for track-aware audio output.
So users end up babysitting settings — or giving up.

The irony:

  • The better your DAC

  • The more manual work you do

  • The worse the experience feels

Lossless shouldn’t require constant attention.

We think macOS audio can be better than this.
Launching something soon that explores that idea.
