It's a great solution, my advise to you is simple, if you don't have enough people that face the problem more than once a week, go look for them first. Technical side is not that important how to do it is not what will make you succeed. If you are asking here, it means you might need to go back and meet these people be friend with them or something like that..
Sorry for the harsh words. I would have saved a lot of time and money if some people did this to me in the past.

Also me, I would use your product, because I'm making videos (side projects for fun) and I do what you suggested manually, I think it should be automated, what I found that works better than manually was n8n workflow. Except than that, it's low quality.
