I’m a solo founder launching something soon and wanted to share it early with this community.

I built Episteme Hire, a free AI tool that evaluates job ads for clarity, fairness, seniority match, candidate appeal, and bias — then rewrites the job ad into a cleaner, more effective version.

The goal was simple:
Most job ads are either unclear, overloaded, or unintentionally biased — which leads to bad applicants and wasted time for recruiters and small businesses.

So I wanted to build something instant, helpful, and super lightweight:

• No paywall

• No ATS system

• Just paste → evaluate → improve
