How do you handle Windows display scaling across 4K, laptop, and multi-monitor setups?

I'm launching Smart DPI Switcher on Product Hunt and would love to learn how other Windows users handle display scaling in real life.

If you move between a laptop screen, an external 4K monitor, and screen sharing or demo sessions, do you usually:

- change Windows scaling manually,

- leave scaling fixed and change app/browser zoom,

- use different settings per monitor,

- or just live with one compromise setup?

I built this because going through Settings every time got old fast. Curious which workflow people actually prefer, and where the current Windows experience still feels clunky.
