I’ve been talking to early-stage SaaS founders and noticed something interesting:
Most feedback lives in DMs, emails, Slack messages, or Notion docs — but very little of it becomes structured, visible social proof on the landing page.
I’m curious:
• How are you currently collecting testimonials?
• Are you using video yet?
• Or are you just saving screenshots?
