Building a WordPress tool to simplify form → API workflows
by•
Hey Product Hunt
I’m a WordPress developer working with agencies and freelancers on form-heavy sites.
I kept running into the same issue: sending form submission data to custom APIs or internal tools usually meant brittle webhooks or a lot of custom code.
I started building a small plugin to simplify this for myself and a few teams I work with.
I’m early in the process and would really appreciate honest feedback from others who’ve dealt with similar workflows.
Happy to answer questions or learn how others approach this.

Huge pain point. As someone who works with WP agencies, I know they hate 'brittle' setups.
One piece of feedback: Since you're targeting agencies, the UI needs to look effortless. If the interface looks complex, they'll assume the integration is complex too.
I specialize in making technical tools look simple and 'agency-ready' through design. If you need help with the UI or launch graphics to show off the workflow, let me know
Thanks a lot, @bydelign really appreciate the insight
You’re absolutely right. For agencies, if something looks complex, it immediately feels risky to maintain.
That’s exactly why we've focused on keeping the setup as just 2 short steps - can be completed under 60 seconds!
We have also created short integration videos with different CRMs and apps that show the full flow end-to-end. We want users to see how quick and straightforward it is before they even install the plugin.
Also appreciate the offer - will definitely keep it in mind as we refine the UI and launch assets. Feedback like this is exactly why we're launching on PH!
