Building a tool to help people manage multiple clients without losing their minds
Hey everyone 👋
I’m a full-stack dev who works with multiple clients, and one thing that always drove me crazy was managing schedules and timesheets across different platforms.
Every week looked like this:
Jumping between Gmail and Outlook just to check meetings
Manually updating spreadsheets or different tools for each client’s timesheet
Wasting time that should’ve gone into actual work
So I decided to build something that fixes those exact problems.
💡 What I’m building:
Unified Calendar: Connect Gmail + Outlook and see all your meetings in one clean dashboard.
Multi-client Timesheets: Track, manage, and export timesheets for all your clients from one place.
🚀 Current status
I’ve built the MVP with those two core features, and now I’m gathering feedback from freelancers and devs who juggle multiple clients daily.
