$1K in 3 days with my AI tool - now what? 😅

by•

Hey builders! Wild 72 hours. My AI influencer image generator (AuraForCreators.com) just hit $1,083 in revenue and I'm honestly freaking out a bit. It's a tool similar to Higgsfield but credit based instead of monthly payment plans.

The weird part: I focused only on hyper-realistic human portraits as the main niche.

Early numbers:

  • 150 paying users in 3 days

  • Credit-based pricing ($0.12/credit, 3-6 credits per image)

  • 23% conversion rate

  • Zero churn so far

But here's my problem: I have no idea what to do next, how to improve it and scale. Looking for general feedback and advice.

Questions for you experienced builders:

Do I stay hyper-focused on the influencer niche or expand? (Everyone says focus, but users want more)

Credits vs subscription - pay-per-image model feels expensive ($0.36-0.72 per image). Add monthly packages or keep pure usage-based?

Most controversial feedback I'm getting: "Your images are TOO realistic - they're creepy & uncanny."

Like... isn't that the point? Or am I missing something?

What would you do with this early traction? I feel like I'm standing at 10 different crossroads and every choice kills 9 opportunities.

Also, anyone else feel imposter syndrome when things work faster than expected? This doesn't feel real yet.
