New this week: voice input across Twintual.

The story behind it is small but it kept happening. People would read a draft their twin wrote, want one change, "shorter, and attach the scope", and then type out a sentence to fix a sentence. Faster to say it than write it.

So now you can:

• Steer any draft out loud. "Make it shorter." "Push it to Thursday." "Attach the proposal."

• Ask for a brief before a call. "I have a call with X in 5, what do I need to know?"

• Add context on the move, without typing a word.

Today Twintual covers every channel where your work actually happens: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Google Chat and Instagram DMs.

Here's the weird thing we realized building this.

New channel: Instagram DMs!!

This one comes from a different crowd than the rest. Teams came from employees, WhatsApp from client leads, Instagram came from the people running sales and social for consumer brands, where the DM is the sales channel and the follow-up dies in a request folder at midnight.

• Pulls Instagram DMs into the same priority list as Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Google Chat

• Drafts replies in your brand voice, ready for approval

• Flags the conversations going cold

That completes the Google Workspace side: Gmail and Google Chat, alongside Outlook, Teams, Slack and WhatsApp. If your company runs on Workspace, your twin now sees the whole picture the email thread and the chat where the actual decision got made.

Quick roadmap update: Google Chat is in the works and ships next week.

That'll put your twin across Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Google Chat which covers most of where work actually happens, but not all of it.

Teams is now connected!

Interesting thing about this one: WhatsApp was requested by founders and client-facing leads. Teams was requested by employees. Over and over, from inside companies already using Twintual.

Makes sense when you think about where the day actually goes. Client emails are a handful. Teams is 200 @mentions, six channels you were added to without asking, and a thread that resolved itself while you were reading it.

This one took the longest, and it's the one we're most glad to ship. For a lot of teams sales, ops, client services WhatsApp is where the real conversations happen. Until now it lived on personal phones, invisible to the company and impossible to manage.

Update we're proud of: Meta has approved Twintual as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Genuine question, because I'm collecting data for our roadmap.

This morning I counted mine before 9am: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams. Five apps, zero actual work done. My real job started around 11.

I'm curious how universal this is:

1. How many message apps do you check before you start your actual work?

2. Which one is the worst offender?

3. Has anything actually helped, or have you just accepted it?
