You can now connect WhatsApp Business to Twintual!!!

This one took the longest, and it's the one we're most glad to ship. For a lot of teams sales, ops, client services WhatsApp is where the real conversations happen. Until now it lived on personal phones, invisible to the company and impossible to manage.

Update we're proud of: Meta has approved Twintual as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Genuine question, because I'm collecting data for our roadmap.

This morning I counted mine before 9am: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams. Five apps, zero actual work done. My real job started around 11.

I'm curious how universal this is:

1. How many message apps do you check before you start your actual work?

2. Which one is the worst offender?

3. Has anything actually helped, or have you just accepted it?

Update: you can now connect Slack to Twintual!!

This was the most-requested integration by a wide margin, and it closes a real gap for most ops teams, the messages that actually need a decision aren't in email at all. They're buried in a channel at 6pm.

• Faster roadmap access to Microsoft's AI tooling and support as we expand what your twin can do inside the Microsoft ecosystem
