Interesting thing about this one: WhatsApp was requested by founders and client-facing leads. Teams was requested by employees. Over and over, from inside companies already using Twintual.
Makes sense when you think about where the day actually goes. Client emails are a handful. Teams is 200 @mentions, six channels you were added to without asking, and a thread that resolved itself while you were reading it.
