I spent years around engineering teams — a long stint at bunq, then founding voicemate.us — and the same thing happened everywhere: the people who most needed answers about how the product worked (support, PMs, CS, sales engineers) couldn't read the code, so every "quick question" became an interruption for an engineer. Truffle is my fix. You connect your repos, docs and APIs once, and then anyone just @-mentions the bot in Slack and asks in plain English — no commands, no setup. Under the hood it's RAG over your code with an agentic retrieval loop, and it cites the exact files it used so answers are verifiable, not a black box.
