The TRIS system recognizes personality types and their characteristics. Since an introvert is less communicative, his/her communication should be analyzed more emphatically, but the Tris system adapts and analyses depending on the personality type. If someone is introverted and less involved in team communication, it can be analyzed in the same sociometric way. The TRIS system recognizes extreme introverts and starts to focus on the quality of their communication, so their sociometric assessment will be no worse than that of other team members.

Our product only collects metadata and in no way is it tied to a name or any recognizable Characteristics, so all data collected is completely Anonymous.

Yes, we have done research on how team members perceive the existence of such integration in the team. In the analysis, we saw that team members are a bit more cautious in communicating at the beginning, but after a while they completely forget that this plugin is following the team communication. Of course, this also means that they need to know that it is as much an HR tool as, for example, a thorough questionnaire.
