This is an extremely interesting question!
The TRIS system recognizes personality types and their characteristics. Since an introvert is less communicative, his/her communication should be analyzed more emphatically, but the Tris system adapts and analyses depending on the personality type. If someone is introverted and less involved in team communication, it can be analyzed in the same sociometric way. The TRIS system recognizes extreme introverts and starts to focus on the quality of their communication, so their sociometric assessment will be no worse than that of other team members.

The sociometric data returned by TRIS is updated daily and can be broken down into daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, which can be viewed on a Dashboard, so managers can monitor their teams' sociometric data from both a smaller and larger perspective.
