Now shipping: Codex Media Cleanup for safer local session cleanup

We just shipped Codex Media Cleanup v1.0.2 in TraceFence's signed Plugin Center.

Codex and ChatGPT sessions can accumulate duplicate media files and invalid local image_url references over time. The plugin:

scans read-only before changing anything

removes only superseded duplicate media while preserving effective conversation history
