Anyone else sick of uploading private files to sketchy web tools?

It feels like a simple task like compressing a PDF or extracting text requires dragging your sensitive tax docs or personal files into a random cloud server.

I got so fed up with it that I spent the last few weeks building a completely offline desktop app that does everything locally on your PC.

Honestly, where do you draw the line with cloud data? Do you actually trust web tools with your documents, or are we just too lazy to care anymore?
