I am a big fan of meeting minutes but I also think summarizing the notes is key. I consider myself to be an "expert" at note taking and focusing on the important bits in meetings but I am not sure A.I. is up to my level. I'll have to do an apples to apples comparison. At the moment I use Google's bard to summarize web pages that are too long for me to read while I am walking and it does a pretty good job AFAIK. Maybe this app can learn from Bard's summarization techniques!
