Amazing guys! Congrats on Launch. Just a quick question. The use case I would go is to answer customer questions on my website. 2 Quick questions: 1- Does the platform can be trained with most recent conversations users will have on my website? 2- In that case if AI cannot handle the answer is possible to link with some ticket management solution like Zendesk or any other similar? great questions (and suggestions for our roadmap). 1. Not yet. This works on Slack and Discord. We need to implement it for conversations on website. Will take it up. 2.
