Thank you so much @thisiskp_ for hunting us! 👋 Hello Product Hunters, I’m Pramod, Co-founder of Threado, the command centre for your online community. Over the last few years, I’ve spent time both in helping build communities and being a member of several amazing ones. I’ve found that the best communities are the ones where like-minded members help each other and pay it forward! 🤔 The Problem: Going from 0 to a Community where members connect and add value to each other is immensely hard. As a community manager, how do you foster a pay it forward culture and make it easy for members to show gratitude to each other? 🛠 Our Solution: We believe that helping each other is the foundation of a community and expressing gratitude in a fun way encourages people to support each other. SamosaBot is a fun, easy way for members in your Slack community to give gratitude and say thanks to each other. A Samosa *is a delicious baked Indian pastry*. Inspired, we decided to replicate that feeling when using SamosaBot, that it leaves you with a feeling of goodness. Huge shoutout to my friend @shishir_dash for helping conceptualise and shape SamosaBot! Special thanks to @michaeljnovotny , @aditya_bohra, and the Threado team for helping take this drop live and making it accessible to community builders. Here’s to ending 2021 with gratitude! We hope you enjoy it. I’m looking forward to your feedback in the comments below and am here to answer any questions. Cheers, Pramod

@prao25 @shishir_dash Really great work on creating this. Not all products are created equal on the surface and what I love about this is creating something that really facilitates engagement in a fun and simple way. These are really underrated. Great work Shishir!

The makers had me at Samosa.. just kidding. Building an intentional culture of appreciation is so underrated so when I found out about SamosaBot by Threado, a Slack bot to foster more kudos to your community, I was hooked.
