Designed to allow you to quickly score how you feel you fare on each wellness category. The questions can also trigger some self-reflection. You will then be able to visualise your data on the dashboard. This idea started when my age started to creep up on me and i realised my health and wellness wasnt something i could take for granted anymore. I wished there was a place i could conveniently track how i feel or fare, then be able to look as time goes by and see if i'm getting better or worse. If you decide to use it, your feedback is most welcome, and if you like it, sharing it with someone who needs something like this would be great. Let us keep our wellness in balance.
