With all the respect to the great idea, happened to be a time-wasting experience for me. In the first session booked I had to wait 20 minutes for the mentor to show up (only after my e-mail reminder!) just to hear that she is on her way somewhere, muting all the time and definitely not being able to focus on the conversation. In another session that I was supposed to have just now (another mentor) I gave up after 10 minutes of waiting - the mentor just didn't show up. So, this is rather to the mentors - why even apply if this is not taken seriously? High expectations and disappointing result.
