TextsBert helps fill browser forms, PDFs, and Excel sheets from copied text. Copy a customer email, invoice, message, or document text, then Trigger Fill, review the fields, and submit manually or export. The fill process is local-only, so customer data does not need to be sent to cloud AI just to fill fields. Built for CRM entry, quote forms, customer records, invoices, and repetitive admin work.

Hi Product Hunters 😻👋 I’m Moe, the programmer and founder of TextsBert. I built TextsBert because a lot of admin work is still stuck between two bad options: 1. Copy customer data from emails, messages, invoices, and documents by hand. 2. Send that data to cloud AI just to fill fields faster. (This is serious legal issue). TextsBert is my attempt at a third path. You copy the source text, trigger a fill, review the fields, then submit manually or export. The fill process is local-only, so customer data does not need to leave the device just to fill browser forms, PDF forms, or Excel sheets. It is especially useful for repetitive workflows like CRM entry, quote forms, customer records, invoice details, support/admin forms, and browser-based data entry. TextsBert is still early, but already much stronger than the original version I first posted here. I’d especially love feedback from people who deal with repetitive forms, customer messages, CRM work, PDFs, or data entry tasks. What I’m most curious about: Where would this save you the most time, and where would you still not trust automation?
