This product is a game changer for real estate and property management. It gives you all the resources to mange your property in a singular place. My favorite feature is the tenant screening, rent collection and chat messages because being a tenant previously this was an issue I encounter when there was small maintenance for my home. It does make the relationship for tenants and landlords easier to navigate.
@yolanda_garcia1 I'm really happy to hear our product is doing a great job for you. I'm also a huge fan of the communication platform we've built. The custom-tailored chat with all the landlords and tenants in the same place has saved me (and so many others) hours of having to play the game of telephone to get everyone synced up. We've heard it from many tenants that after using Tellus, their relationships with their landlords have improved simply because communication speeds have improved. :)

On boarding signup process seems confusing, and so many features which confused me bit at first place even I am a tech-savvy

Is the fundamental difference between this and Innago the ability to do fractional mortgages?

The home loan and investing sides are just two of the many ways we differ from Innago.
Pricing is another big one, while Tellus is free, it looks like Innago charges $35 for tenant screening and $2 per bank transfer. While you could pass these costs off to your tenant, we prefer a model where everyone wins.
Tellus is committed to delivering a free rental management experience for everyone, including your tenants. That’s why our tenant screening is free to all parties. ACH transfers with Tellus are free as well.
Tellus also comes equipped with a powerful landlord-tenant chat. There’s no need to go into a clunky web portal and type out a formal message whenever you have a question. Mobile chat makes it easy to get instant responses no matter where you are.
