Really like the purple color look and feel! UI is neat and simple. and The investment piece and wallet are beautifully done! Cool product! cant believe it is free!

@kavya_cheruku I’m glad you asked! Some of our next initiatives are around service providers (think gardening, painting, landscaping, just about anything you need around the home).
We already help people find pros near them, and the natural next step is to get service providers directly involved in the process.
We’re also working on tools for real estate agents around marketing, buying and selling homes!

I’d be interested to see if you can pull off the home loan side. There’s a lot of competition in that space.
@max_louis_menzel it’s true there’s a lot of competition. But the way we see it, the real estate industry is so fragmented and broken. At this point in time, there’s no single product that can meet the needs of such a drastically diverse group. Our hope is that by combining everything into one platform, we can make life easier for everyone involved. This is also gives us an edge in a competitive space!
Our hope is that if you’re already on Tellus collecting rent you need to refinance your home, it wouldn’t be a huge leap to go through us. After all, our streamlined digital application and better rates can only sweeten the deal.
