Teable Mobile - Build the systems your team runs on, now from your phone

by•
Explain your process like you would to a new hire. Teable builds the database, the app and the automations, so the work stops living in your head. Now you can do it from your phone: hold to talk, publish to your team, and get notified when it's done.

Hey everyone 👋 I'm Jocky from Teable's go-to-market team.

Bieber covered why we built it. Here's who it's for, what you can run from your phone, and what to try first.

🧭 Who it's for

  • Anyone who runs their business on Teable, whether you built the system yourself or your ops team did:

  • Gyms and studios: check today's bookings and renewals between classes.

  • Restaurants and cafés: see tonight's reservations and update stock from the floor.

  • E-commerce sellers: see new orders and low stock, and have Cuppy draft the restock email.

  • Shops and merchants: check sales across stores and update prices on the go.

  • Ops builders in growing teams: keep what your team runs on working while you're away.

🛠 Run what you built from your phone

  • Tables and dashboards: open any table, edit records, and check the numbers before a meeting.

  • Automations: see every run. When one fails, hand it to Cuppy to find out why and suggest a fix.

  • Routines: change what a routine does or when it runs, pause it, or run it now.

  • Apps: describe a change, preview it, publish it for your team and share the link.

  • Connectors and team: connect Gmail, Slack, Outlook and about 1,500 more apps from a chat, and invite people with the right role.

🚀 Try this first

Hold to talk and ask Cuppy "What needs my attention today?" It reads your tables and gives you a short list. Your words land in the text box first, so you can fix anything before sending.

🧩 Getting started

  • Same workspace: sign in with your Teable account, and everything you built on the web is already there.

  • Price: free on the App Store and Google Play.

  • Self-hosted: tap Change server on the sign-in screen and enter your server's address.

I'm reading every comment today. Whatever you run, a gym, a store or a whole ops team, tell me what you'd want to manage from your phone next 🙌

Congrats on the mobile launch! As a designer, my favorite detail is that your words land in the text box first so you can fix them before sending. Voice input without that step always makes me nervous 😅

To your question: we're a 2-person team running a mobile game, and launch day is chaos. I'd love to ask Cuppy "What needs my attention today?" and get one list across App Store reviews, Product Hunt comments and our localization tasks for 14 languages. That's exactly the kind of thing that lives in my head right now.

We're launching on Product Hunt today too, so cheering for you! 🚀

Thanks, Eren! Glad you noticed that detail. Two people handling a game launch and 14 languages sounds like a busy day! What are you using to keep track of it all right now? Good luck with your launch too!

While vibe-coding tools are being spoken everywhere, this one is adding another layer of simplification for the power business users. Great tool for enterprise use cases, better alternative low-code/no-code tools.

Think of supporting more integrations, and of course supporting AI workflows as well.

Thanks, Vijayanand! Making it easier for teams to build and run their business tools is exactly what we’re aiming for. We already support AI workflows and connections to 1,500+ apps. Any particular integrations you’d like to see?

Seeing a failed automation run from the phone is useful. I'd want the affected records beside it so I could tell what needs attention before changing the workflow.

Oleksii, thanks! You can already inspect record data in the run details. Having the affected records right alongside the failure would make it easier to see what needs attention. That’s useful feedback.

I'm curious why there's still no Windows Desktop app? Can you make one that's not built on Electron though? lol

Noted on Electron! Thanks for your interest in a Windows app, Curtis. We don’t have any Windows release news to share just yet. Stay tuned!

The failed-automation handoff is the part I'd want to understand first — when Cuppy finds out why a run failed and suggests a fix, does it apply that fix directly from the phone, or show the change for approval first? For something running a team's day-to-day operations, that approval step feels like the detail that matters most on mobile.

Hi JC, Cuppy can apply fixes from your phone. There isn’t a mandatory approval step for every change: routine edits you ask for can go ahead, while actions like bulk overwrites, deletions, or sending messages to customers require confirmation first. Thanks for raising this, especially for workflows a team relies on daily.

Hi Product Hunt 👋

I'm Bieber, CEO at Teable. Some of you met us here in July with Teable 3.0. Since then, paying teams have grown 2.8x, and over 14,000 apps have been built on Teable so far. Today we're back with Teable on your phone 📱 It's on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.

💡 Why we built it

Teams and small businesses use Teable to build the systems they run on: a gym's memberships, a restaurant's stock, an online store's orders. You explain your process like you would to a new hire, and Teable builds the database, the app and the automations, so the work stops living in your head. Until now, that took a laptop. But work doesn't wait for your desk: an order comes in during a client meeting, the weekly report is due before you land. Now you can explain, change and check it all from your phone, just by talking.

✨ What you can do on your phone

  • Say it, and Cuppy does it: hold to talk, check the text, send. Cuppy updates records, writes the report or summarizes a file.

  • Build and update apps: describe a change, preview it, publish it for your team and share the link.

  • Hand it off: get notified when a task finishes or when Cuppy needs your answer. Your routines keep running on schedule.

  • Pick up where you left off: start a chat with Cuppy on your laptop, and the reply is waiting on your phone.

  • Two columns on iPad and iPhone Duo: your projects on the left, your work on the right.

Same account, data and permissions as Teable on the web, self-hosted servers included. The app is free. New to Teable? Sign up on the web first, then sign in on your phone.

This is our first mobile release, and I'll be here all day with the team 🙌 If you run a business or an ops team on Teable, what would you hand off to Cuppy from your phone first?

handing a failed automation run to cuppy to find out why is a handy touch on a phone. does it show what it changed before you publish the fix?

I‘ve been seen teable for years, now it finally updates its mobile version app
