TaskFord - Plan, track, and align work across every project
by•
TaskFord is the Integrated Work Delivery Platform that integrates projects, tasks, collaboration, resources, and timelines into one workspace. Teams will no longer suffer from "tool sprawl" or lose critical data between disconnected apps. TaskFord eliminates this friction by centralizing your entire operational lifecycle - from high-level roadmaps to daily execution.

This feels like a practical attempt to solve a real pain point for teams switching between two many tools. If it can genuinely keep tasks, timeline, and collaboration aligned without creating extra setup work, it could replace a few tools in a typical stacks. Curious how onboarding looks for new teams and how quickly they can get value.
@sidraarifali Thanks, Sidra! That’s exactly the pain point we’re trying to solve. We’re keeping onboarding simple so teams can set up their first project quickly, align tasks and timelines, and start seeing value without heavy setup. Would love to hear what you’d expect from a smooth onboarding flow 🥰
@sidraarifali Hi Sidra, thanks for the thoughtful comment! 😊
Getting started quickly has been a big focus for us. You can create a workspace from scratch or import your existing projects and tasks via CSV, start using TaskFord in just a few minutes. We're also adding more integrations to make the transition even smoother.
Just curious, what tools does your team use currently? Is there anything you wish they did better?
Looks like a simpler way to manage tasks and balance workload. Gave it a quick try and it feels pretty smooth. Congrats on the launch!!!
@emily_song_tam_ Thanks a lot Emily!😊 Really glad you had a chance to try it out. We'd love to hear any feedback as you continue exploring TaskFord
@emily_song_tam_ Thank you so much! 🙌
Besides managing tasks and balancing workloads, we're aiming to give teams better visibility into their work and provide more features to support day-to-day collaboration. Feel free to explore them and see what works best for your team.
Do you support custom fields? the app is pretty neat, I find its flexibility in filtering fields is more advanced than other gantt tools. Our company finds this scalable for future growth and much affordable for teams of 170+
@peter_tran18 Hey Peter,
Yes, we do support custom fields, and you can use them quite flexibly for filtering and organizing work too.
You can see how to set it up here: https://taskford.com/en/help/articles/custom-fields-work-customization
Just curious, are you already using custom fields in your current setup, or is that something you’re planning to set up when scaling to more teams?
@peter_tran18 Yes we support custom fields Peter!
Really glad to hear the filtering stood out to you. We've spent a lot of time refining that experience because every team works a little differently. And it's great to hear you see TaskFord as a fit for larger teams too. Thanks so much for your support!
TaskFord team member here 👋
Lately, I’ve been feeling this more in daily work: finishing tasks isn’t the hard part — getting work all the way to done is.
There’s always something in between. A missing update, a quick discussion somewhere, or just not being fully sure who’s owning what.
Working on TaskFord made me think a lot about that gap. Not just how to manage tasks, but how to make it easier for work to actually move forward without getting stuck in the middle.
Curious if others feel the same in their team.
I’ve been searching for something like this for so long!!
@thach_nguyen3 Yesss!! 🙌🚀 Thanks for supporting all the way, this is just the start!
@thach_nguyen3 Love hearing that! 😊 Hope TaskFord lives up to your expectations, and we'd love to hear what you think after giving it a try.
I like how simple this looks.
A lot of tools feel heavy right from the start
@anh_duy_nguy_n_h_a Thanks, Anh Duy! That’s exactly the goal, keep it simple to start, then let teams scale into more advanced planning only when they actually need it. Appreciate you checking it out!
@anh_duy_nguy_n_h_a Thanks! Simplicity is a big focus for us. We wanted TaskFord to feel light at the start, but still powerful enough to grow with you as your work gets more complex.
@lucas_ng80 Thanks so much Lucas 😊 Really appreciate your support!
I've been expecting TaskFord release for a while, and now it's live! Everything from the app just works the way I want, and the UI looks clean too
@dantes1609 This is so great to hear, thank you! 🙌
We’re really happy that TaskFord feels intuitive and clean so far. That’s exactly the experience we wanted to create for teams from day one.
Thanks again for following along and supporting the launch!
@dantes1609
We’ve been putting a lot of effort into keeping things clean and just “working the way you expect”, so this kind of feedback means a lot.
If you have any ideas or things you’d like to see next, feel free to share 👍
@dantes1609 That means a lot to us, especially knowing you've been following TaskFord for a while. We're glad to hear the experience feels smooth and that you're enjoying the UI.
Really appreciate your support and feedback! 🙏
Hey PH 👋 Teresa here from the team
One thing I’ve noticed is that workflows rarely “break” suddenly, they just slowly get messy.
At first everything feels fine. Then over time, tasks, discussions, and decisions start living in different places, and it becomes harder to keep track of what’s actually going on.
Being part of building TaskFord made me pay more attention to how to keep things connected as work grows and changes.
Would love to hear if this is something others run into, too.
Hey PH 👋
Feels like most teams already have enough tools — the harder part is just keeping everything in sync.
That’s something we’ve been thinking a lot about.
Hey everyone 👋 Annie here
From a marketing side, I’ve always felt the hardest part isn’t planning, it’s what happens after things start moving.
Plans change, priorities shift, small updates keep coming in… and you end up spending a lot of time just trying to stay in sync.
Working on TaskFord made me think more about how teams deal with that day-to-day reality, not just the ideal workflow.
Curious how others handle this in their teams.
