I picked Taskford over tools like Asana, ClickUp,.. because it combines project, resource, time, and basic financial tracking in a single workspace that makes sense for an agency. With traditional tools we either had to patch together multiple apps (one for tasks, one for time tracking, one for budgets) or deal with features we never used that just made things more complicated.
This is a nice fit for small to mid-size teams managing multiple client projects 🙌🏻 It’s easy to follow work and timelines without things getting complicated. Reporting and analytics are a bit limited, but for day-to-day project work, it works really well.
