Taskade is perfect for handling projects. Being able to follow the progress of my projects with so many ways to view the information in a simple and beautiful interface at the same time is phenomenal. For someone like me who is not so fond of absolute minimalism in the interface, it is a delight to use Taskade that has so many colors without being overdone in the visual proposal. I will be following the development of this promising tool and obviously making it happen my projects using the Taskade, congratulations for the great job!

@johnxie I'm using it for over a week. It's best feature is simplicity and easy of use! What I dont like and wish to improve is: - bigger field of view of the whole app, especially bigger agenda view needed - paragraph formatting is giving me headaches, it should work as notepad... - the deafult notification settings are really annoying, my teammates got like 30 emails in one hour, before I told them they need to log in and change the default notification settings

I have been using different outline editors to organize information and thoughts for a while and found it challenging to onboard my teams on these outline platforms. We needed to juggle among many tools to write, chat, and communicate; the real-time collaboration on the same document is limited for many. Taskade has most of the features we need on a single platform. It's also available on mobile that I can work on the go when queuing or taking a bus; the sync among devices is fast and smooth. It is fully adaptable to own unique way of writing and organizing; their templates are good suggestions on how Taskade can streamline the thinking process in both professional and personal life.

From experience I can say that 3.0 is a major milestone for Taskade. I've been using since 2.0 but never really got into it because of a lack of core features like undo, calendar, and automatically recurring tasks. Well, guess what? Those are all part of the 3.0 update! So right now I'm in the process of transferring to Taskade as my core team management/productivity app. 5/5 nice work @johnxie and team!
