@oleksiy_malytskyy we have a number of stores in South East Queensland. Our new website featuring the locations will be up shortly. Until then, check us out on LinkedIn. We will soon publish some definitive results once we hit 10,000 transactions however we’re currently seeing increased conversion rate, increased cart size and improved customer experience feedback. We expect cart size to drop a little as we roll out our quick checkout with Apple Pay or Google pay feature allowing users to purchase in a single click. We are addressing current challenges surrounding customers “is it done?” queries when finishing the transaction. With an element of behavioural change to a new format of shopping, we can expect a head scratches for a little longer but also trying to improve the UI, messaging and staff training!
