Best product i've seen in a while! Slowly leaving the uncanny valley...

love the product but as some alluded to earlier you guys should be a bit more transparent on pricing and customer service. My company wants to be a customer and we are sure we will have a very high ACV but what I initially thought we could do instantly with a personal avatar has turned into multiple days. Also having at least 1 US sales rep would be helpful. I think a part of the time lag between responses is the 6-9 time zone difference....because i have not received a straightforward answer on whether I can use the avatar I am looking to specifically use for one of our videos and its taking over 2 days to receive a final answers, we have started to look for alternative products on the market. Still wish to work you guys though, and hope this message change things on the customer support side. Thanks!

I can not recommend. Super expensive and the service just looks horrible when used more than a few minutes. Everything looks the same. There are so much better alternatives out there.
