I saw a very, very flawed system, freelancers and creators juggling multiple disconnected tools, tools like Behance, PayPal, Stripe, spreadsheets. While platforms like Fiverr and Upwork commoditized their work into a race-to-the-bottom marketplace. Meanwhile, clients struggled with slow banking systems for escrow and disputes, waiting days just for a simple transaction. I know the solution wasn't another gig marketplace, it was something more, a closed-end network economy, where quality creators could build professional-grade brands, get paid within seconds, and earn from their network effects. So, I propose, Sync. Although, it is still preliminary, this is not the finalized product however the core features are in place.
