Andy here, one of the co-founders of Swolemates. Matt and I built this out of inspiration from our own journey of getting back into shape in our 40s. We needed a little bit of a push and some fun nostalgic gaming elements to steer us in the right direction. Meet Swolemates. Any age and level of fitness is welcome and will enjoy this.
