@joshlee27727919 this looks interesting. I'm all about support and creativity but I already use slack, except the free part, may I know what is USP of this please? :D

@joshlee27727919 I wish you would do an interactive guide on the integration between chat and task though, I'm not sure if all of my staff members know this feature. It's the only reason I use Swit over other apps.

@karanveer Thanks for your interest :) Here are our top 2 USP. 1. All you could do with Slack is talking. For actual work management, integration with any task management like Trello or Asana is inevitable. But all you could do with those integrations is just to receive text-based notifications into selected channels, doubling the number of notifications and distractions without getting anything done. Also, any data-related features like search is not available in those integrations, which means you should search app by app, channel by channel, project by project. But Swit gives you the fastest way to find what you're looking for. 2. Slack and the other team tools out there were designed and built only for small-sized single teams, which means they don't provide larger organizations with team-to-team communications, multiple teams collaboration, super admin management over a single workspace. Swit was founded to meet these types of needs for larger organizations in need of multiple workspaces.

@gadlqamis Thanks for your interest! An on-screen interactive guide would be ready in the next quarter. Here are the summary you can do with Swit for the interaction between chat & tasks. 1. In the project, you can open a right panel to bring a chat channel. You can share any task card to any channel simply by drag-and-drop, which finally makes you move between different workflows maintaining context and data. 2. In the chat, you can link any specific project to any chat channel, makes any update of the task cards that belong to the project automatically shared in the chat with a link that helps you jump to the task card, so that you don't have to hop between chat and tasks. 3. In the chat, you could create a task card in the + button next to the keyboard. 4. In the task card, you could share the card to any chat channel. You could see each video attached. For more information, please contact us here help@swit.io and ask for a demo :) We're here to help your team!! Thanks.

@joshlee27727919 I’ve got an idea to be able to apply something like this to serve school leaders and non-profits. If you want to chat about a possible edu application, let me know. Find us at www.LivingStrategy.net.

I work with Swit, but have also worked across various productivity/collaboration platforms. My favorite Swit features are: --Flexible messaging settings, so I get just the alerts that pertain to me --Integrated drag and drop capabilities, update and work across messaging and tasks Just these two features (among dozens) save me time and clicks each day.

Working at a software company that focused communication on collaboration tools like Trello and Slack, it brought nothing but a big waste of time. Ever switched back and forth those two tools to follow up with all of your notifications all day long? I’d rather use calls or face to face, because these tools were only helpful when you needed evidence to show someone what they promised. Other than that, complete annoyance. We all agreed we needed to switch to a different tool that wouldn’t ruin our workflow. And that's how I met your mom... Swit has done a great job integrating everything while making it slick and simple. It’s a beautiful communication platform that brings companies together and helps eliminate much of the annoying email clutter that many offices face. It focuses on the actual work, while others focus on ‘instant communication.’ One more awesome aspect of Swit is that the team seems to really care about the user feedbacks. It’s been only a few months since I started using it, but I see steady steady improvements in speed and usability every day.

I used to hop between apps, and that costed my time and flow at work. Since using Swit, I was able to streamline the effort and minimize the overhead it took really get things done. The app constamtly gets updated for better--simply amazing!!

I did an internship at a start-up that developed a productivity tool similar to Swit. We used to use Jira in my first month, but we transitioned to Swit over time because of several reasons. Here goes my thoughts and review on this product... 1) It was easy to implement Agile Development through Swit's Project box and their Kanban. 2) Jira also provided Kanban Board, it was so much smoother to work in Swit since they provided chat channels, which allowed us to communicate with our teammates in real-time. 3) One minor downside was that they didn't seem to support OpenAPI to integrate with third party plugins to automate work. Considering they're only a few months old, I assume they're working on it. Do you guys plan to release OpenAPI, and if so, when will you be? ?makers

Can say that Swit is a life changer – much recommended to anyone who is on multiple project management platforms.

Awesome product with lots of features, which I don't need them all! I use an advanced tier, and here is a snapshot: Pros: - It's user-friendly--all you need to know is how to drag and drop - It's beautiful - Got both chat and tasks in one Cons: - It can be slow once you reach a certain number of task cards - The sign-up process isn't that simple.

I'm in marketing, and I do illustration as my side hustle. Aesthetics in things is critical for me, and I think that's part of reasons why I'm enjoying Swit so much. I think Asana and Monday.com are too adolescent for me while Swit is just the right balance of clean yet fun. I work for a nonprofit, and I'm trying to incrementally implement the product to the rest of the org.
