@othman_kabbaj First, we focus on current channels to provide the most complete experience. But WhatsApp, Messenger, In-app are definitely in the roadmap. Thank you for your support!

@william_jin We have a wealth of experience in mass emailing, as Mindbaz, the company behind the Sweego project, has been sending billions of emails a year for the past 11 years. So it's safe to say that we know all about deliverability issues ;) Generally speaking, when it comes to deliverability, there are 2 main areas to consider: technical deliverability (our scope) and business deliverability (our customers' scope). Of course, we have full control over the technical side, but we can also help you with the business side. Although for transactional mailings, if the technical part is correctly managed, there are often no deliverability problems.
