Why is creating Telegram animated stickers still so complicated?

by

We built SVG to TGS because a simple task often turns into a surprisingly technical workflow.

You may already have a clean SVG icon from Figma or Illustrator, but turning it into a Telegram-ready animated sticker usually means dealing with animation tools, export settings, Telegram limits, broken layers, file size issues, and repeated testing.

The idea behind SVG to TGS is simple:

Upload SVG → add motion → preview → export .tgs

We are trying to make Telegram sticker and custom emoji creation feel closer to a lightweight browser workflow, not a full motion design pipeline.

Curious to hear from other makers: have you ever tried creating Telegram stickers or custom emoji? What was the most annoying part?
