My partner and I have been facilitating group discussions for the last decade. A lot of what we've done here is distill our understanding of group process in to training the AI engine to do what we do intuitively. It's a work in progress and we're continually improving it. We're also looking at how the AI engine can moderate off topic responses in a way that makes it easy for the creator to quickly filter those and delete them if not appropriate.

we've been exploring this exact question based on feedback from our community. we're thinking that we'll offer different kinds of summary templates so that you can generate a summary depending on what you're looking for.
