This is a problem I've faced before working in technical customer support. The app has an outage, and everyone in our company knows about it. We posted it to our status page, but customers are still sending tickets, frustrated and unaware that they're experiencing a known issue. The solution is simple, tell the customers about the incident on the support page, since they likely wouldn't find a status page on their own. This app provides that solution, and gives support teams the ability to publish web banners to their knowledge bases and contact pages.

Can you target the banner to only show on specific pages like the contact or help center, or does it appear site wide? Simple and useful idea, congrats on launching.

@mateuszjacni thanks! Right now to target specific pages you’d need to exclude/include the script embed selectively, but I think that’d be a great feature to add
