Most customers don't know where to access a status page, if it even exists. Supportfyi helps support teams proactively communicate with customers, right where they're at.
Can you target the banner to only show on specific pages like the contact or help center, or does it appear site wide? Simple and useful idea, congrats on launching.
@mateuszjacni thanks! Right now to target specific pages you’d need to exclude/include the script embed selectively, but I think that’d be a great feature to add
