This is interesting. However i have one question - As a manager of a team of 15-20 people, how can I control what my team is purchasing?
@felicia_reich You can turn on admin approvals so that anytime someone wants to spend their Sunlight, someone you designate can approve or deny requests. Theres some extra options in there too so that for example only requests above a certain $ amount need approval. If you use slack you can approve through there for extra simplicity :)

Excellent support system, very helpful team. I love the idea that we are independent to develop ourselves as well as out team’s independent to develop itself. Loads of value here.

Easy, engaging and lovely interface. Great tracking and a greatly ambitious future resource plan. Very exciting!

In my prev company, that's an issue, the manager has the budget, but he can't simply allocate it to the team for education/training since it's so hard to track and organize such stuff. So this for sure will help a lot of teams

It's important that company would put people into the correct groups in Sunlight. This way you can browse items your co-workers in back-end ordered, instead of seeing all the things HR, marketing and other departments ordered.
