Thanks for creating this! Learning all the tax and filing obligations of C Corps was painful last year. Can you clarify something on the Delaware franchise tax filing? From researching this before, I know the minimum payment is $350 for 2017 ( and their tax calculator ) using the Assumed Par Value method. Why is Stripe listing this at $400?

Hey ! Delaware inceased the minimum to $400 this year:
got it. The article you linked explains it more clearly than Delaware's site. Was previously under the assumption the tax year starting 1/1/18 had the increased minimum. Thanks!

Scratch that, you were right. The increase to $400 starts for the 2018 fiscal year. 🙈 We’re refunding the $50 to all users who overpaid.

This is great! Please, could you help out international companies to file sales tax / VAT / GST in non-US markets such as the EU, Australia, India? By any chance, is this on your roadmap for 2018?

Thanks a lot! A quick note: Stripe Atlas currently only helps create Delaware C-Corp at the moment. No LLC yet

Super impressed to see how Stripe Atlas makes it easy to incorporate and run a business. I hope they will one day expand to LLCs and incorporations in other countries (Ireland 🇮🇪 ?)
