@theashtube @bentossell There are, but we want to help un-complicate it as much as possible: Atlas users will have access to services from PwC and Orrick, and a free convo with a lawyer and an accounting expert in the Atlas network.

@joshdance It's toward the bottom of the page: https://stripe.com/atlas After everything's set up, there's a one-time fee of $500.

I don't have enough praise for this. I tried it when it came out for foreign companies, I thought it was brilliant and I still do. Starting a company isn't trivial business and I'm glad someone is letting founders focus on value, rather than on bureaucracy. Congratulations!

On my behalf of our entire team at Beeem I can only say positive thigs. Support feels like it's always on, you get answers to all of your questions pretty fast even during the process. Everithing was figured out by the time I encountered any challenges, like mailing the company credit card to us (as it by default can not be mailed outside the US).

Pros:

Cons:

Maybe consider moving the post incorporation legal package offered by upcounsel.com into Atlas itself.

They advertise 1 - 2 weeks In reality it looks like it will be at least 6 weeks if not more.

They are a huge pain in the ass
